Princeton in Asia, Africa, and Latin America Fellowships

Princeton in Asia arranges fellowships and internships with Asian host organizations in the fields of education, health, international development, environmental advocacy, journalism, engineering, technology, law and business.

Princeton in Africa develops young leaders committed to Africa’s advancement by offering yearlong fellowship opportunities with a variety of organizations that work across the African continent. The experience is an investment on the part of each Fellow, each fellowship organization, and Princeton in Africa.

Princeton in Latin America matches partner NGO and multilateral organizations that are engaged in socially responsible development projects in Latin America and the Caribbean with highly qualified and motivated recent college graduates who are interested in year-long service fellowship opportunities throughout the region.

Asia Deadline: Late October

Africa Deadline: Late October

Latin America Deadline: Early November

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduating seniors and young alumni of North American universities who are U.S. citizens or who are classified as resident aliens for U.S. immigration and tax purposes.
  • Applicants who are more than five years past the bachelor degree are rarely considered; individuals with graduate degrees and postgraduate work experience are welcome to apply.
